Requirements for running Ower OS: Python 3 .To run this program you would need to install the lastest version of python,i will fix and compile it to an .exe later on.

Install instructions

First install the Ower OS.zip and wait for it to finish

Drag and drop the file to any where on your computer,right click and click extract here

After its done extracting,double click Ower OS folder and locate the Ower.exe file
